Our shopping cart is run over a secure VERISIGN service, so payment by credit card is guaranteed safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorised charges are made to your credit or debit card as a result of shopping with IDS Ltd.

Once the order is placed we will e-mail you with a confirmation and reference number. We aim to despatch orders within three working days.

All prices in this website and online catalogue include postage or delivery charges. Where applicable VAT is shown separately (VAT Reg No 761254342).

Refund policy
Refunds and returns are accepted only if goods are returned undamaged within 10 days of despatch. A £5 administration fee will be charged for returned items, unless, of course, the mistake was ours.

Conference/seminar cancellation policy
If someone has booked a place on an IDS conference or seminar and is not able to attend, a substitute is welcome to attend at no extra charge. If cancellation is received in writing not less than 10 working days before the seminar, the fee will be refunded subject to a 20 per cent deduction to meet administrative costs. No refund can be made within 10 working days of the seminar.
